phjil Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on phjil.net.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and/or free bet credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, arcade, and any other wagering products offered on the phjil platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to activate full Account functionality.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees phjil's online gaming operations.
• "Platform" means the phjil website at phjil.net, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of phjil is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by a Player into their Account for wagering purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible Games before it can be withdrawn, as specified in individual promotional terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the phjil Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotional rules as published on phjil.net from time to time.

Your acceptance is indicated by: (a) clicking "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation during the registration process; (b) completing the Account registration process; or (c) continuing to access or use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been notified to you.

If you are accessing phjil on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement. However, phjil strictly prohibits the creation or use of Accounts on behalf of any other individual — each Account must represent the registered Player personally.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use phjil. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR's online gaming licensing conditions and Philippine law. phjil will verify your age during the KYC process. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

phjil's services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines who are legally entitled to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law. Players accessing phjil from jurisdictions where online casino gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring that their access and use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. phjil reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a phjil Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and such other information as phjil may require from time to time. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

3.4 KYC Verification

phjil reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of Account misuse. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC Card, SSS ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one (1) phjil Account. If phjil detects the existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — phjil reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

4. Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your phjil Account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party;
• Immediately notify phjil support if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Ensure that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date;
• Not permit any other person to use your Account;
• Log out of your Account from shared or public devices after each session;
• Use only one Account and not attempt to open, access, or operate any additional Accounts.

phjil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss results from phjil's own negligence or breach of applicable law.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phjil accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits are credited to your Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). phjil does not impose deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to AML requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in your Account settings. phjil reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the verified Account holder.

5.3 Pending Balance

Winnings derived from bonus funds remain as Bonus Funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Only funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal as Real Money.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account with a positive Balance that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. phjil reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its published Inactive Account Policy. You will be notified by the registered mobile number prior to any deduction being applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by phjil are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. These terms override this general section where they conflict. Key general bonus principles include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum bet per spin or per hand applies — typically PHP 500 or as otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check individual game contribution tables in the promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

phjil actively monitors Accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedge bets to reduce risk during bonus play, exploiting technical errors or loopholes to gain unfair advantage, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, phjil reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

7. Gameplay and Wagering

All games available on phjil use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Game results are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the game system. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, phjil's system records will be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of the interrupted game session.

phjil reserves the right to void any wager that: (a) was placed in error due to a technical fault or pricing error; (b) was placed in violation of these Terms; or (c) was placed on a game or market that was suspended or removed due to data feed irregularities. Voided wagers will be returned to the Account Balance without winnings.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per account tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be updated by phjil from time to time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Register or use phjil if you are under 21 years of age;
• Register or maintain more than one Account;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information to phjil at any time;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game;
• Exploit any error, malfunction, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or systems;
• Engage in collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game;
• Charge-back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate payment made to phjil;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten phjil staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempt to access the Platform through proxies, VPNs, or other obfuscation tools for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

phjil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phjil complies with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined session duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from phjil. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjil Platform — including but not limited to the phjil logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game titles, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the proprietary property of phjil or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phjil content without prior written authorisation from phjil.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjil's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjil is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (d) losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or errors; or (e) losses resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits phjil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12. Suspension and Termination

phjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phjil has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• PAGCOR or any competent authority requires the suspension or termination of your Account;
• Continued operation of your Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to phjil.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of voided bonuses and bonus winnings) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to AML clearance. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phjil support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with phjil arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you must first contact phjil's customer support team through the official channels listed on phjil.net. phjil will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through phjil's internal process to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as phjil's regulating authority. PAGCOR's contact details and complaint procedures are available on the official PAGCOR website.

Game result disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round completing. phjil's system records shall be the primary reference for resolving game result disputes. Where a third-party game provider is involved, phjil will liaise with the provider on your behalf.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

phjil's operations are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight. Any regulatory matter affecting phjil's licence or operations will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and procedures.

15. Amendments

phjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where an immediate change is required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the phjil Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using phjil and request Account closure before the effective date. The version of these Terms dated 1 January 2026 supersedes all previous versions.
